How To Add a Contact to Your Address Book in Outlook 2000
Outlook 2000 does not automatically add addresses to your contact list. When you receive an e-mail from someone who you want to add to your Contact List, do the following:
  1. Open the e-mail message
  2. Right-click on the e-mail address that you want to add to your Contact List
  3. Select Add to Contacts
Outlook Express can be set up to automatically put an address in your Contact List when you Reply to a mail message.
  1. Under the Tools menu, click Options
  2. Click Send


How To Add a Picture to a Flyer in Top Producer
  1. Click Presentations.
  2. Click Flyer.
  3. Choose the category and type of flyer.
  4. Click Select property.
  5. Choose the contact.
  6. Click Easy flyer entry.
  7. Click Advanced from the menu that appears on the right of your screen.
  8. Click on any text box to delete or resize.
  9. To insert the pictures:
  10. Click Save


How To Create Mailing Labels in Publisher
  1. Open Publisher
  2. Select File.
  3. Click New.
  4. Under the Wizards column, click on Labels.
  5. Select a label style.
  6. Click Start Wizard.
  7. Make any changes, then click Finish.
  8. Click on the Mailing Address Line 1 (all of the text should be highlighted).
  9. Hit the Delete key.
  10. Click Mail Merge on the top menu.
  11. Select Open Data Source.
  12. Select Merge information from another type of file.
  13. Select the Text File you saved earlier (at the bottom of the screen, in the Files of type box, select Text files).
  14. Click Open.
  15. In response to the message box "Do you want to use the entries in the first row of you data as field names?" click No.
  16. Choose Comma as the Separator Character.
  17. Click OK. A box will appear with F1, F2, F3, etc.
  18. Highlight F1, click on Insert, and hit the Enter key on your keyboard
  19. Highlight F2, click on Insert, hit the Enter key on your keyboard
  20. HigHlight F3, click on Insert, hit the spacebar twice;
  21. Highlight F4, click on Insert
  22. Click Close.
  23. From the menu at the top, select Mail Merge.
  24. Click Merge. The names should appear on screen one at a time. Use the >> to move through your labels.
  25. Click File.
  26. Click Save As to save your mail merge.
